Card payments, Cash and EFTs are accepted. 10% discount for cash payments ONLY.

Do you have parking available?

Parking is available in front of the building.

Will I be able to purchase the products used in my treatments?

Most skincare products used during treatments will be available for purchase.

How do I choose a treatment?

It will be best to book a consultation in order to establish your needs and budget.

May I attend the spa if pregnant?

Safety first so we will be happy to provide you with treatments after your pregnancy.

What if I have some physical ailment, disability or allergies?

It’s essential to mention all medical history when making an enquiry.

What if I arrive late for an appointment?

Let us know as soon as possible, however, your treatment time may be reduced.

Will it be safe to drive after the treatment?

For Plasma Pen and Eyeliner Tattoos you may have reduced visibility, so driving is not recommended.

Will I have to undress?

You will not be required to undress, but loose clothing is recommended.

Are treatments only for women?

Treatments are available for all genders. No tattooing for under 18’s without parental consent.
